1️⃣ What these terms are about

These Terms & Conditions explain how shopping at our online store works — how we handle orders, payments, delivery, and returns.
Our goal is to keep everything fair, clear, and without hidden tricks.
By placing an order, you enter into a purchase agreement with us — and these terms are part of it.

2️⃣ How an order works

1. Choose your product, add it to your cart, and click “Order with obligation to pay.”
2. Check your order summary — items, price, delivery method, and contact details.
3. After you send the order, we’ll confirm it by email — that’s when the contract is concluded.
4. All prices shown include VAT and all applicable fees.

If there’s an obvious mistake (for example, CZK 19 instead of CZK 1,900), we’ll contact you and confirm the order only after correcting it.

3️⃣ Payment options

💳 Card payment online – the fastest and easiest way.
💸 Bank transfer – you’ll receive payment details by email (due within 5 days).
📦 Cash on delivery – pay the courier when you receive your parcel.
🤝 Cash on collection – if available at our pickup location.

Once paid, we’ll issue an invoice and send it electronically to your email.
The goods become yours once the full amount is paid and the parcel is received.

4️⃣ Delivery

We deliver across the Czech Republic via carriers (PPL, Zásilkovna, Česká pošta, DHL, etc.) or to our personal pickup points.
We take great care with every shipment — please check the package upon delivery.
If it’s damaged, notify the carrier and contact us right away.
We ship no later than 30 days after your order (usually much sooner).

5️⃣ Complaints & returns (if something goes wrong)

We care deeply about the quality of our products — but if something’s not right, let us know at 📧 info@winksy.eu or use the form below.

You have the right to:

• have the item repaired or replaced,
• or receive a discount or refund if the issue persists.

We’ll handle your complaint as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest.
For consumer goods, you can claim defects within 24 months of receiving the item.

6️⃣ Withdrawal from the contract (14-day return)

If you’re shopping as a consumer, you may return your order within 14 days without giving a reason — counting from the day you received it.

Just let us know (by email or post) that you wish to withdraw.
You can also use our Withdrawal Form.

• Send the item back within 14 days.
• We’ll refund your payment within 14 days of withdrawal (but not before we receive or you prove sending the goods).
• We also refund the basic delivery cost (the cheapest option we offer).
• Please return goods clean and undamaged – you may try them, but not use them long-term.

We only display authentic reviews from real customers who actually purchased from us.

All relations are governed by Czech law.
Any future updates to these Terms will be published on our website or sent by email if you have an account with us.
We store contracts electronically — you’ll always receive a copy by email for your records.
